Installation Instructions

Position the self‑drilling screw perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece.
Apply axial pressure while driving the screw; the drill point of the fastener drills through the upper material to form a pilot hole.
Continue tightening, the screw taps threads into the base material.
Keep driving until the flange head sits firmly against the surface.

Important Requirement:

The length of drill point L₁ must be greater than the thickness of upper‑layer material L₂, to guarantee complete drilling before thread tapping.
