Drywall Screw Coarse Thread

Drywall screw specifically designed for fastening gypsum boards to wood studs. Features a bugle-shaped countersunk head and coarse threads, widely used in interior drywall partitioning, suspended ceilings, and wall cladding.

Material: Carbon steel (1022) or stainless steel (SUS410)
Specifications: diameter: 3.5mm – 6.0mm; length: 20mm – 150mm
Head: Bugle countersunk (Phillips / Torx drive)
Thread: Coarse double-thread
Surface Finishes: Phosphate (black), bright zinc, blue-white zinc (salt spray resistance optional)

  1. Mark screw positions.
  2. No pre-drilling needed – drive directly in.
  3. Drive in straight at steady speed with light pressure.
  4. Drive until head sits flush or slightly below surface – do not over-tighten (prevents paper tear-out).
  5. Clear debris and check firmness.
