Step 1: Place the screw vertically on the gypsum board, fit and fasten with a matched Phillips or Torx bit.

Step 2: Drill and tap directly without pre-drilling, penetrating gypsum board and light steel studs smoothly.

Step 3: Keep tightening until the bugle head is fully flush with the board surface.

Step 4: Inspect to ensure firm fastening, no gap, no wobble or board damage.

Installation Notes

1. Operate vertically to avoid screw deflection and board surface damage.
2. Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread stripping and board sinking.
3. Use matched bits to prevent slipping, screw head damage and loose fastening.
